Semi-Private Class (2-4 people): $450/person

Private Class (1 on 1 with Instructor): $550/person

Training Schedule

- 6 to 9 Hours Online Learning, At Your Own Pace, Prior to the First Day of Class

- 10 to 12 Hours of Pool Training Sessions, Spread Across 3-4 Days

- 4 Open Water Dives: 2 Per Day over 2 Days

FAQs

How long does it take to get SCUBA certified?

Open Water Certification is completed in 3 Easy Steps


Step 1: Academic training is done online, at your own pace, before the first day of class.
Step 2: The next step is to complete your confined water skill development in the pool. Total pool time is typically 10-12 hours, spread across 3-4 sessions.

Step 3: The final step is to complete 4 Open Water checkout dives., which are done over the course of two days.

What is the minimum age to get SCUBA certified?

The minimum age for the Open Water certification is 10 years old.

What should I wear and bring to class?

For SCUBA Discovery classes, you only need a bathing suit and towel.

For all other classes, you'll need to also bring your own SCUBA quality mask, snorkel, and fins.

Where will I be diving?

Pool sessions take place at American Fork Pool, where you can practice your skills in a controlled environment. For Open Water dives, we head to The Homestead Crater in Midway, Utah. The Crater is a geothermal spring that stays at a warm 95°F year-round, providing a comfortable and safe experience.
